Description
The Server provides first-class dining service to internal and external guests, presents menus, makes food and beverage suggestions, takes and delivers orders, processes point-of-sale transactions, handles payments, and ensures guests receive the correct food and drinks. The role also supports restaurant operations through seating, stocking, cleaning, documentation, and other assigned duties, while maintaining alcohol-service certification and food-safety compliance. A high school diploma or GED is required, while restaurant experience is preferred; the position requires shift availability, strong customer service and communication skills, basic math and reading/writing proficiency, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
