Description
The Service Account Owner II is an experienced field service professional responsible for installing, starting up, repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and training customers on sampling systems, sample conditioning systems, and industrial instrumentation. The role manages a portfolio of customer accounts, supports maintenance agreement renewals and growth, prepares service quotes, trains technicians, provides technical support, and requires extensive travel to customer locations.
