Black & McDonald is hiring a Service Account Representative for its Northern Ontario Region service team, reporting to the Division Manager and working in Ottawa. The role focuses on client satisfaction, contract delivery, prospecting, qualifying, estimating, proposal preparation, project acquisition, customer relationship management, facility life-cycle planning, and project review. Candidates need a university degree or college diploma in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction, mechanical, or HVAC trade experience; 1–3 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience and mechanical trade account management experience are required, while project sales and building automation controls experience are assets. The role requires occasional travel, strong organizational and negotiation skills, project management ability, safe work practices, basic computer skills, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. The expected salary is $55,000–$70,000 per year.
