Dundonald Toyota is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for its on-site Aftersales team. The permanent, full-time role involves booking MOTs, services, and repairs; advising customers on warranty and additional parts; coordinating appointments; managing customer calls and online bookings; communicating turnaround times; and maintaining customer records. The position offers £29,000 per annum plus a bonus opportunity of up to £6,000, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and Saturday rota, and includes training, progression opportunities, and health and wellbeing benefits.
