The role coordinates customers and service technicians, documents repair orders, communicates timelines and costs, manages warranty and manufacturer authorization, provides estimates and upsells, maintains service records, processes payments, and monitors schedules. Candidates should have 1–2 years of service advisor or customer-facing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with service management software.
