The role involves greeting customers, scheduling and tracking work orders, providing repair estimates, managing warranty claims, updating customers on repair status, coordinating pickups, reviewing completed repairs, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer and communication skills, organization, problem-solving ability, and a sharp, focused mindset; RV industry experience is optional, while prior service advisor, dispatching, customer service, or warranty claims experience is a plus. Johnson RV provides in-house training and RVTI certification opportunities, with a stated salary of $49,920 to $108,000.
