Description
The Automotive Workshop Coordinator serves as the central link between customers, workshop, warehouse, sales, and maintenance teams. The role manages customer communication, workshop scheduling for six technicians, work orders, invoicing, claims, MRT requests, technical explanations, complaints, quality and productivity control, and customer satisfaction. It requires a diploma of at least TSO or an associate degree, at least five years of automotive-sector experience, strong technical and digital skills, Dutch fluency, basic French and English, and a category B driver's license.
