Maidstone Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for its on-site Aftersales team. The role involves booking MOTs, services, and repairs; advising customers on warranty and additional parts; coordinating appointments; managing customer calls and online bookings; communicating turnaround times; and maintaining customer records. The position offers 42 hours per week, basic pay of £32,000 per annum, and uncapped OTE of £38,000, with benefits including dental insurance, health support, leave, and training opportunities.
