Description
Audi Central Houston is hiring a full-time Service Advisor to serve as the liaison between customers and service technicians, handling customer service, vehicle diagnostics and repair explanations, appointment scheduling, service records, invoicing, payments, follow-up, and complaint resolution. The role requires at least one year of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience, automotive knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is a performance-based draw and commission range of $100,000 to $200,000+ per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
