Sunbelt Fire is hiring a full-time Service Advisor for its Fairhope, Alabama branch. The role serves as the primary customer contact for equipment-service inquiries, creates and manages estimates and work orders in Salesforce, coordinates with technicians and parts departments, performs quality-control inspections, and ensures timely repairs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; customer-service and heavy-truck or automotive experience are preferred.
