BMW of Lynnwood is hiring multiple Service Advisors to serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process, from write-up to delivery. The role involves translating repair information, building accurate estimates, coordinating technicians and parts, recommending additional service, maintaining DMS records, and delivering a premium BMW guest experience. Candidates need at least one year of service advisor experience at a franchised dealership, strong communication and hospitality skills, a valid driver's license, and preferably BMW or European-brand experience.
