The Service Advisor will serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact at the Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver, a new Sprinter Van Center opening in September 2026. The role involves greeting clients, writing repair orders, providing estimates and updates, coordinating with technicians, recommending maintenance, managing scheduling, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Candidates need at least two years of automotive service advisor or service writer experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with dealer management systems, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $50,000 to $120,000 per year plus performance-based commission, with medical, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits.
