Swickard Auto Group is hiring a Service Advisor for Toyota 101 in Redwood City, California. The role serves as the primary guest contact throughout the service process, translates repair information into clear communication, builds accurate estimates, coordinates technicians and parts, recommends additional service, maintains DMS records, and delivers a professional guest experience. Automotive experience is not required; hospitality, sales, or other guest-facing experience is welcome, and training is provided.
