MijnGemeenteDichtbij is hiring a Service Advisor/Coordinator to improve service delivery across its organization and teams. The role coordinates planning and progress, advises service desks and teams, analyzes processes and customer journeys, identifies bottlenecks, develops and implements improvement proposals, and ensures consistent service communication across channels. The position requires HBO-level education or experience in service delivery, advisory and coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and analytical ability. It offers a gross monthly salary of €3,824–€5,624 plus a coordination allowance, hybrid working, vacation, pension contributions, and other benefits.
