Service Associates perform a hybrid role in a traditional bank branch, combining customer service representative duties on the platform with teller responsibilities at the teller line. The position focuses on opening deposit accounts, processing loan applications and closings, making referrals, supporting sales goals, handling cash transactions, foreign currency, loan payments, and maintaining compliance with bank policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and relationship-building skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and preferably have 1-2 years of sales experience and some banking experience.
