Eastern is hiring a Service Associate who combines branch customer service representative and teller responsibilities. The role supports deposit-account opening, loan applications and closings, referrals, customer retention, account maintenance, sales goals, deposits, check cashing, monetary instruments, cash-transaction reporting, foreign currency, loan payments, and credit-card cash advances while following banking policies and compliance requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; retail, financial-services, or hospitality sales experience and banking experience are preferred. The starting rate is $22.00 per hour, with possible variation based on experience, skills, and market factors.
