Description
Eastern is hiring a Service Associate who combines customer service representative and teller responsibilities in authorized traditional branch locations. The role involves opening deposit accounts, preparing and processing loan applications, closing applicable consumer loans, making referrals, supporting sales goals, maintaining accounts, processing deposits and checks, selling monetary instruments, filing required cash-transaction reports, handling foreign currency and loan or credit-card transactions, and following bank policies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 1–2 years of relevant sales experience and banking experience are preferred. The position starts at $22.00 per hour and includes benefits and retirement offerings.
