Description
The Service Associate performs hybrid customer service and teller duties in authorized traditional branch locations, including opening deposit accounts, processing loan applications and payments, handling cash and monetary instruments, maintaining accounts, and supporting sales and customer retention. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, independent multitasking, technical literacy, communication skills, and the ability to work in a stationary, customer-contact environment; 1–2 years of sales experience and some banking experience are preferred. The starting rate is $22.00, with actual pay subject to experience, skills, and market factors.
