Siemens Energy is hiring a part-time Service Associate (m/f/d) for its coffee bars on the Siemens Campus in Erlangen. The role prepares espresso and specialty coffee, provides friendly sales and personalized guest advice, operates the cash register, recommends food and drinks, supports in-house meetings and events, and maintains a clean and welcoming bar area. Working hours are 15–24 hours per week across five- or four-day schedules, with weekends and public holidays off. The position offers in-house coffee training, pension contributions, commuting assistance, paid extra vacation days, and performance bonuses. Initial customer service, hospitality, bakery, or sales experience is advantageous, while good German skills at least at B1 level are required.
