The Service Associate performs hybrid customer service and teller duties in authorized traditional branch locations, including opening deposit accounts, processing loans and loan payments, handling cash and monetary instruments, maintaining accounts, and supporting sales and customer retention. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, independent multitasking, basic business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, stationary environment; 1–2 years of sales experience and some banking experience are preferred.
