The Service Associate performs hybrid customer service and teller duties in authorized traditional branch locations, including account opening, loan application processing, loan closing, customer retention, account maintenance, deposits, cash checks, monetary instruments, foreign currency, and loan and credit-card cash advances. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, independent multitasking, technical literacy, strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to learn bank products quickly; 1–2 years of sales experience and some banking experience are preferred.
