Description
Mitel is hiring a Service Business Analyst to process orders and contracts in SAP and related systems, administer contracts and billing, support month-, quarter-, and year-end closing, analyze revenues, costs, backlog, forecasts, and margins, track projects, resolve operational and financial issues, and clarify invoices with internal stakeholders and customers. The role requires a business, accounting, or finance degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, SAP/ERP and Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, advanced German, and good English.
