Mitel is hiring a Service Business Analyst to process orders and contracts in SAP and other enterprise systems, administer contracts and billing, support revenue and cost recognition, forecasting, month-end and year-end closing, financial issue resolution, and project tracking. The role also involves validating order documentation, assessing commercial financial impacts, and communicating with internal stakeholders and customers about invoice clarifications. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience, SAP, ERP and Excel proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and advanced German and good English.
