Description
The Service Captain leads the guest experience and service operations for an assigned dining section at COTE’s 550 Madison restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. The role oversees table pacing, reservations, VIP and banquet service, customer feedback, staff training, SOPs, inventory, cleanliness, and coordination with culinary and front-of-house teams. It requires strong hospitality, communication, organization, customer service, and grilling skills, along with flexible weekend, night, and holiday availability. The New York pay range is $20–$25 USD, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
