CommonBond Communities is hiring a Service Coordinator - Tier 2 at Marketplace Crossing to provide independent, person-centered service coordination for residents, including permanent supportive housing households when assigned. The role handles strengths-based assessments, service plans, crisis response, warm handoffs, permanent supportive housing outreach, lease and tenancy issues, community engagement, compliance, budget tracking, resident records, and collaboration with property management and internal teams. Applicants need at least two years of experience working with diverse communities, knowledge of community resources, communication and teamwork skills, Microsoft 365 experience, and CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it within six months.
