Description
Bapcor is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join its national service team for Precision Automotive Equipment. The role coordinates and schedules technicians and contractors for equipment installations, service repairs, and breakdown work; plans technician utilisation; manages site readiness and contractor engagement; monitors workflow and demand; and serves as the primary customer contact for scheduling, updates, and job progress. The position requires prior service coordination, scheduling, or operations experience, experience coordinating field-based technical or trade teams, strong planning and organisational skills, communication and relationship-building abilities, and proficiency with scheduling and service management systems.
