Integrity Fleet Services is hiring a full-time Service Coordinator to coordinate field and shop service jobs, assign work, create and follow up on estimates, process service orders and invoices, keep customers and technicians informed, resolve service issues, and support customer retention and revenue growth. The role requires at least two years of field service industry experience, strong organization, communication, customer service, record-keeping, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, and may include on-call dispatch responsibilities. The position offers $45,000–$65,000 in annual base pay plus performance-based earning potential, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
