Cannistraro is hiring a full-time, entry-level Service Coordinator to coordinate daily service operations and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, controls, and fire protection technicians throughout New England. The role evaluates service requests, prioritizes emergency and scheduled work, communicates with customers, coordinates schedules and procurement, maintains service records, and supports technicians and vendors. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; ServiceTrade experience is a plus.
