Kyndryl is hiring a Service Coordinator to support mission-critical banking applications, including Finacle Core Banking, Payments, Trade, and LOS. The role handles application monitoring, incident and service request management, first-level troubleshooting, user support, escalation, batch and deployment operations, and ITSM documentation and change management. Candidates need at least three years of banking-domain experience and hands-on experience with Finacle, CBS, and banking applications; ITIL certification and strong communication skills are preferred.
