Lantech is hiring a Service Coordinator to serve as the main contact for international customers and support Field Service Engineers with packaging-machine service activities. The role plans and organizes installations, maintenance, retrofits, and other after-sales requests; answers customer questions; prepares service work; and assigns the appropriate Field Service Engineer. Candidates need technical knowledge, several years of service or after-sales experience, strong communication and commercial skills, English proficiency, and experience with an ERP system and MS Office. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,222–€5,248, vacation and additional ADV days, a pension plan, holiday allowance, travel reimbursement, and other benefits.
