Patterson Dental is seeking a TechEdge Service Coordinator to manage service request scheduling and dispatching. This role involves triaging calls, assigning and monitoring service orders, managing resources, and reconciling CRM reports. The coordinator will handle the entire lifecycle of service orders, from creation to invoicing, and collaborate with procurement specialists.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or Higher
Required Previous Experiences: Strong customer service orientation or related dispatching experience.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, sound judgment, excellent decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
Strong planning and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
Efficient use of technology, including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years dispatching and customer service experience, preferably in the Dental industry.
Experience with project or resource coordination.
Bookkeeping/accounting experience.
