Description
The Social Services Coordinator provides case management, resident referrals, eligibility determination, documentation support, community-service coordination, volunteer programs, and home visits for residents of a multifamily housing project. The role also offers translation services, supports formerly homeless families, and helps residents build informal support networks. It requires a diploma or GED, two to three years of social-service experience, knowledge of supportive services and HUD multifamily housing requirements, and U.S. work authorization; a college degree in social work and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred. The salary range is $58,000 to $62,000, and visa sponsorship is not available.
