Description
The Service Coordinator, Building Services Engineering, is based in Dordrecht and serves as the central contact between customers, service technicians, and suppliers. The role schedules and coordinates service technicians, follows up on breakdown reports, prepares maintenance work, orders materials and parts, maintains customer and supplier relationships, and monitors scheduling, quality, and progress. It requires MBO level 4 working and thinking ability, engineering, service, or maintenance experience, an interest in electrical or mechanical installations, strong organizational skills, and clear customer-focused communication. The position offers an office-based role with an indicative gross monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,800, vacation and pension benefits, and opportunities for development and progression.
