Alta California Regional Center is hiring a Service Coordinator in its Yuba City office to provide case management and advocacy for children with developmental disabilities ages 6–17. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring Individual Program Plans, helping clients and families obtain supports and services, advocating with community agencies, coordinating vendors and referrals, completing documentation and reports, and providing emergency on-call services. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably one year of professional social work or related experience; compensation is $24.80–$28.69 per hour for the Service Coordinator I level.
