CAMH is hiring six full-time, permanent Service Coordinators for its Toronto Mental Health and Addictions Coordinated Access team. The role reviews referrals, conducts brief screening, determines eligibility, triages and matches clients to appropriate mental health and addictions services, and coordinates access with clients, families, referral sources, and service providers. The position is based at 1051 Queen Street West and requires Monday-to-Friday day and evening shifts from 0800 to 2000. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with 3–5 years of mental health or addictions experience; the role pays $35.38–$47.69 per hour.
