Description
The Service Operations Coordinator serves as the primary customer contact for service requests, manages service jobs and technician schedules, coordinates preventative maintenance and repairs, tracks work orders through completion, and supports the service department. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of administrative experience in a service-related business, and one to three years scheduling field technicians or providing customer service. Compensation is $25.00–$32.00 per hour, with variable short- and long-term incentives.
