Datacom is hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator based in Wellington, with possible customer-site work. The role manages contracted services, commercial and financial aspects, service delivery and SLA conformance, virtual teams, reporting, customer relationships, and continual service improvement. Candidates should have approximately one year of IT experience, preferably in an IT managed services environment, along with service delivery, ITIL, customer relationship, reporting, and communication skills; ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power BI experience are advantageous.
