Description
Astronomer is hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead customer engagements for its Professional Services team. The role manages portfolios of active work and account initiatives, develops project plans, coordinates technical resources, tracks progress, monitors scope, resolves blockers, and aligns delivery with customer and account priorities. It reports to the Senior Manager of Service Delivery and primarily supports customers in East Coast time. The position requires at least five years of relevant project management or professional services delivery experience and offers an estimated total compensation range of $150,000 to $170,000 plus equity.
