Datavant is hiring a Manager, Service Delivery to lead operational execution across assigned healthcare data-service sites. The role oversees supervisors and frontline teams, manages staffing and scheduling, monitors SLAs, quality, cost, throughput, and KPIs, ensures HIPAA and other regulated-workflow compliance, coordinates with Workforce Management and the Network Operations Center, supports training and continuous improvement, and escalates site-level operational issues. The position requires living within two hours of New York City and frequent travel within the city, offers $72,000–$84,000 USD in estimated total cash compensation, and is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
