Description
Experteam is hiring a Service Delivery Manager to support a client in monitoring projects, managing client relationships and contracts, overseeing revenue and profitability, handling crises, identifying risks and improvement opportunities, leading technical meetings, and managing service quality, SLAs/KPIs, and technical teams. The role requires 5 to 10 years of Service Delivery Management experience, ideally with a technical background, along with ITIL, continuous improvement, English, and leadership skills. It is a permanent contract based in Courbevoie, with a start date in Q4 2026 and a salary range of 50K–65K.
