Fox-IT, a division of NCC Group, is hiring multiple Service Delivery Managers to manage customer relationships for its managed cybersecurity services. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducts service review meetings, handles escalations, collaborates with account management and sales, and works to improve client satisfaction and contract value while ensuring services meet SLAs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, experience in direct customer interaction, strong Dutch and English communication skills, and an affinity for IT/cybersecurity; the role offers flexible working, a hybrid office/home setup, and travel to client sites as needed.
