Zantech is hiring a Service Delivery Manager for a hybrid role based in Ashburn, Virginia, to manage an Operations and Program Management Support Services project for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information Technology. The role serves as the contractor’s authorized representative to the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and federal lead; oversees contract execution, IT portfolio governance, Agile delivery, financial management, resource allocation, vendor performance, KPI reporting, staffing, and stakeholder relationships. The position requires extensive IT portfolio and project management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, an active PMP certification, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret or higher clearance.
