Zyte is hiring a remote Service Delivery Manager to own client operations for a portfolio of enterprise accounts receiving web data extraction and scraping services. The role coordinates engineering, QA, product, infrastructure, and sales teams; oversees SLA-based data delivery, pipelines, feed health, change requests, escalations, reporting, project margin, and profitability; and translates technical service metrics into clear client and stakeholder communications. Candidates need at least five years of service delivery or client-facing operational experience, enterprise account management, SLA/KPI reporting, commercial and margin awareness, CRM experience, and familiarity with data services or web scraping.
