Methods is hiring a Service Design Consultant to identify and develop government-style services, advocate for user needs, create service maps and blueprints, map user journeys, solve complex problems, communicate concepts to stakeholders, and contribute to research and prototyping. The role requires relevant industry experience, familiarity with GDS/GOV.UK standards, workshop facilitation, user research, agile working, and the ability to explain abstract design concepts. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior team members, supporting training and hiring, and contributing to bid work.
