The role involves designing and delivering complex, user-centered, and inclusive services for public sector problems, collaborating with senior colleagues, and contributing to a vibrant design community. The ideal candidate will have experience in UCD, strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This hybrid role offers flexibility to base themselves in Altrincham (Manchester) or Westminster (London).
