Description
GovTech is hiring a Service Designer to map and unify fragmented data-service journeys across its four strategic initiatives. The role focuses on identifying service gaps, designing connective systems and shared patterns, producing service blueprints, ecosystem maps, journey maps, and touchpoint inventories, and collaborating with product designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. Candidates need at least five years of Service Design experience, a portfolio demonstrating programme- or ecosystem-level work, and experience mapping complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
