Description
Multiplica Talent is hiring a Service Designer for a client named Top. The role requires at least three years of service design experience and knowledge of user research, process mapping, journey and service blueprint design, UI and interaction design, digital and analog service implementation, quantitative research, B2C/B2B digital initiatives, product teams, customer experience, and digital design tools. The position is a full-time planilla contract for two months with possible renewal, includes 100% EPS coverage, follows a Monday-Friday 09:00–18:00 schedule, and is hybrid with three days in the office and two days in the field.
