Multiplica Talento is hiring a Service Designer for a technology-focused client. The role requires at least three years of service design experience, strategic and tactical user research, process mapping, service blueprinting, UI and interaction design, digital service implementation, quantitative research, B2C/B2B digital initiatives, product-team collaboration, customer experience knowledge, and stakeholder management. The position is full-time, hybrid three days per week, with a 09:00–18:00 schedule, 100% planilla and EPS coverage, career development, training, and participation in challenging projects.
