The role provides hands-on technology support for hardware, operating systems, virtual machines, identity and access management, business applications, troubleshooting, asset management, SaaS provisioning, service desk ticketing, compliance, and change management. It requires at least four years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or service desk work, along with knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and information security.
