Description
The IT Support Specialist provides help desk, technical support, desktop, customer service, troubleshooting, and Office 365 support for students and full-time employees. Responsibilities include resolving tickets, installing and maintaining computer equipment and software, backing up and restoring data, scheduling installations, managing inventories, triaging incidents, and supporting student employees. The fully onsite contract position is based in Ames, Iowa, pays $19.00–$20.00 per hour, and is anticipated to close on September 27, 2026.
